Free cancellation!

If you book a holiday by 15 May 2020, you can cancel your booking, change the destination to another of our resorts or change the period of stay up to 7 days before your arrival, with the possibility of postponing the holiday to 2021.

Human Company cares about your peace of mind and the value of booking a stay with the possibility of changing or cancelling without a cancellation fee!


Reception opening hours and check-in and check-out times

The reception is open throughout the day, every day of the week. It's open 08:00 - 21:00 during the low season and 07:30 - 22:00 during the high season.

Check-in: from 15:00.
Check-out by 10:00, or by 12:00 for the pitches.

If you're planning to check out later, payment will be required the evening before departure. If you arrive outside of the opening hours, the night-watch staff will be there to check you in. If you arrive on site before the scheduled time, you can still use the village services by contacting the reception.


Required documents

Everyone staying in the hotel must be registered upon arrival, so valid identity documents are required for each person. At check-in, EU citizens need to show their identity card, and non-EU citizens need to show their passport. Photos or copies of documents will not be accepted. Documents are required for minors too.

If you are travelling with your pet, please let us know at the time of booking and bring the relevant documents and vaccination certificates with you.

Breakfast and half board

In addition to accommodation, we offer a breakfast service or half board service (breakfast and dinner) which is added to the room rate. The prices for adding breakfast or half board upon arrival at the hotel are below. If you book one of these options in advance when booking through the Human Company website, you will benefit from discounted prices.

Breakfast:
€9.90 per person per day for adults
€6.90 per person per day for children aged 3-11

Half board (breakfast and dinner):
€36.80 per person per day for adults
€19.80 per person per day for children aged 3-11


Water park opening dates

The water park in the lower part of the village is open 21 May 2020 - 4 October 2020 at the following times:

• In high season the swimming pools are open every day from 09:00 to 19:00
• In middle season from 09:00 to 18:00
• In low season from 10:00 to 17:00

The lagoon in the upper part of the village will be open 21 May - 20 September at the following times:

• In high season the swimming pools are open every day from 09:00 to 19:00
• In middle season from 09:00 to 18:00
• In low season from 10:00 to 17:00

The swimming pools are for the exclusive use of our guests.

Transfers

The village offers a shuttle service to Florence and Figline.

A taxi service is also available to and from main stations and airports.

Quiet hours

The village has quiet hours between 23:00 and 07:00. During these times it is not possible to drive motor vehicles, set up or dismantle tents, or disturb other guests in general.


Pet friendly

Pets are permitted in all our accommodations, with a few conditions.
All pets must comply with health regulations, demonstrated with a vaccination record. The owner of the animal is entirely responsible for any incidents involving third parties.
Large animals or breeds considered risky are only allowed if agreed in advance with the management.

All animals must be kept in such a way as not to disturb or harm other guests or things in the village. The owner of the animal is responsible for any damage.
Dogs must always be kept on a leash and may not enter the swimming pool area, sports areas, playgrounds or restaurants.

If pets are brought to the accommodation, an additional €60.00 payment is required at all accommodations for end-of-stay cleaning. For the pitches, there is no extra fee to bring your pet with you.

Facilities for the disabled

For guests with physical impairments, there are accommodations with easy access and approved for accessibility. In addition, the water park in the upper part of the village and the restaurants also have easy access for wheelchair users.


WI-FI

Wi-fi is available from hotspots in the restaurants, near the reception, at the Infopoint and around the swimming pools


Sport facilities and play areas

Inside the village there is a sports area with five-a-side football pitches, tennis courts and table tennis. An Adventure Park with mini golf, treetop crossings and a bungee jump. The ANTS area is also available for body and mind well-being.


ATM

There are three ATMs in the village: at the reception, in the Shop and in the upper part of the village behind the admin office.


Laundry

There are self-service washing machines and dryers in the village bathrooms, open 24 hours a day at a cost of €5.00 per cycle.


Village mini train

The Norcenni Girasole Village provides a transport service between the upper and lower part of the site. The train runs while the upper part of the village is open: 21 May - 20 September, 09:40 - 22:50 (with a break at 14:00 - 15:00), running every 20 minutes.


Electric bus

There is an electric bus to move around the village with time slots available at the Infopoint, departing every 20 minutes at the following stops: Viale dei Pini, Piazza del Lago, Piazza S. Andrea and ANTS.


Medical centre

There is a private medical assistance service in the village, available at specific times or on request for a fee.

Girasole Herbal Medicine located in the lower part of the village is open from 23th April to 4th October with the following schedule:

Electric car charging station

Charging stations are available for electric cars at the intersection of Viale dei Pini and Via del Lavaggio, near Piazza del Lago.

Separated waste collection

At Norcenni Girasole Village, respect for the environment and surrounding nature is of paramount importance. Help us too by separating your rubbish during your stay. You can find the bins in the collection areas shown on the village map.


Parking

Parking is free inside the village and in the spaces provided near the mobile homes.

Market opening hours

The Girasole Market is open 21 May - 4 October: 08:00 -12:30, 16:30 -19:30 during the low season and 07:30 - 14:00, 16:30 - 20:00 during the high season.

The Sant'Andrea Market is open 21 May - 20 September: 10:00 - 19:00.


Shop opening times

The Shop in the lower part of the village is open 21 May - 4 October: 10:30 - 13:00, 16:00 - 19:30 during the low season and 10:00 - 13:00, 16:00 - 22:00 during the high season.

The Shop in the upper part of the village is open 21 May - 22 September: 10:00 - 19:00.


Accommodation cleaning

Accommodation, mobile homes and lodges are provided clean and must be returned clean and without rubbish bags. Cleaning can be requested at any time at a cost of €35.00.
End-of-stay cleaning is required for apartments from the fourth night of stay at a cost of €45.00 and €35.00 for individual rooms.

If pets stay at the accommodation, an additional end-of-stay cleaning fee of €60.00 is required.


Barbecues

Barbecues are permitted only using the gas stoves attached to the accommodations that provide them. For more information, please check the details of each accommodation. It is not possible to use charcoal barbecues or barbecues attached to gas cylinders.
